LAL Conferences

The more educated a population, the more competitive they are in this global society.  This concern led us to design the Learning About Learning Conferences to provide unique platforms to address the challenges of education today.  A good education is a critical component of economic vitality and is necessary to meet the needs of the workplace of today and tomorrow.  An effective education system is crucial not only in building and maintaining strong communities, but also in building a strong future for the United States.  Tomorrows high potential industries continue to require an educated workforce. We believe there is power in convening positive and creative change makers to inform and stimulate new dialogue and new ideas about programs sprouting up around the country that work.

Educators, Edvestors, and Edvisors make up the practitioners, funders, and thinkers in K-12 and Higher Education who have the potential to transform education.  LAL conferences seek to assemble the top leaders in each of these areas to stimulate greater collaborations and explore the best of what is working around the country in order to leverage change.

All you have to do is give us your time and come to a Learning About Learning Conference to refresh and stimulate your perspective.  Join with others who share your enthusiasm for education and discover the finest ideas about how children learn, how effective school professionals can be trained, how schools and classrooms can be engineered to support learning, how social services can be integrated with academic instruction, how students of different cultures can enhance each other, and how motivation and sufficient resources can best support effective practice.

The days are energetic, exciting, and stimulating.  Each major national speaker is asked to tighten and refine their concepts to be relevant and concise.  Many times there will be book signing opportunities.

The format is designed to communicate many ideas in a short period of time to stimulate dialogue and interaction and generate excitement and enthusiasm all day long.

Space is limited. Please register early. If you send us a check or your credit card information via email, fax or letter, you will receive confirmation via email and/or letter depending on time constraints, so please be sure to provide an email address.
